Trying to watch Le Tour but it is constantly buf... fer... i... n........ g
Was fine yesterday (with two of us watching on different computers in the same office) but today with just me (and set to stream at medium resolution) it is rubbish.
Speedtest is telling me download speed is 10meg which is normally much more than ample.
