Long story: My ticket from 2019 it transpires has been sold to someone else. Purchased via friend of a friend and just discovered it's been sold to someone else, bum! Maybe a case of they forgot it was sold, who knows.

my mate emailed them monday and they said they would do a name swap as long as it was in the next 24 hours soi that option is long gone.
