Horrible weather, but great run.

Supreme performance from both Brownlees - looking good for a few medals in 2012!

complete change from last year then, Alistair fell apart in the last few 100 yards and crossed the line like a drunkard. Local lads I might add, Bingley Harriers.

Helen Jenkins won the womens I believe?

Those lads have got some talent. You get the impression one of them could have won it however the race had worked out. It must be a great advantage to have the two of them in terms of working through tactics but how frustrating and how much discipline will they have to have next year if giving your brother a chance at gold means possibly forgoing your own dreams of a medal.

That course would probably least favour them, being flat and without any grass sections. They're both fell runners, so hills and mud being what they're used to.
