Had it real bad a few weeks back.Stopped riding/exercising,ate healthy food only,went to bed early every night & it was gone in less than a week.
First time I'd ever done all that,normally I'd try to ride through it & it ends up lasting for ages....
I have been laid down with some crappy virus for about 10 days now and it is not really showing any great signs of shifting either. Peak flows through the floor.
I was off work for a few days then went back in for a couple but then took some leave in order to get me to the weekend rather than going sick again.
Docs on Monday for me if no improvement. They probably can't do anything but they can at least give me a note so I am not killing myself trying to go to work.
i have locked my back for the first time in my life, never had any trouble before and havent been able to walk all week without help, no cycling for me but did just go to the cinema to see new clint eastwood film which was good
Yup had it on and off most of the winter - don't normally get ill that much. 🙁
