Used them for years, never any problems. Most years we more than make our money back, particulary when my back is playing up and I have spent alot of time at the Osteo. Glasses, Dentist, Osteo, it's pretty easy to make it work even in a normal year.
We do... pay a little bit in, and if you remember/can be bothered to fill in a very very simple form, get a lot more back...
cons.... not remembering... losing receipts... and lastly, not bothering to fill out a very very simple form...
They make their money by people not being bothered to claim...
Yes - pretty much what the others said, helpful if you're sick or injured, or not so much if you're healthy...which won't last forever.
Work provides PHS through SimplyHealth. There are some horror stories around, but in general people seem to be pretty positive and I've not directly met anyone who's had a bad experience.
