I'm thinking of getting a photography book and just wondered what the quality of the photos is like when reading using the PC application or an iPad compared to printed edition? The Kindle edition is only a quid cheaper than the paperback, so cost isn't really an issue, but it would be handy to have it electronically.

The book is more about the 'thinking' side of photography, so i'm not really fussed about colour fidelity.

I guess the Kindle itself won't be much use (do pictures show up in greyscale?) but viewing with an iPad might be half decent?

Any thoughts or experiences?
