I need some help with my lads Xbox.
We have bought him a new headset for his birthday and connected it up but for some reason nobody can hear him speak. The circle around his gamer tag? Changes colour which means the mic is working but still people can't hear him ?
I've tried some settings but nothing works ?
Any ideas ??
Also his Xbox has started talking to him i.e when he moves through the menu settings it tells him what each tab is ?
How do we get it to stop ?

I had to do a controller firmware update to get my Turtle Beach to work nicely.
