Looking at getting Scirocco. After seeing a few of them yesterday, I am now a little disappointed at how difficult it will be to transport a bike. No option for roof bars and small rear hatch.
Anybody here have one, and manage to squeeze a bike in?
Can get a large 29er frame in with the front wheel off.
Bike, partner, one small terrier and a weeks worth of holiday luggage all just about squeezed in.
I had one a few years ago - great car, but yes it's not an ideal bike transporter.
You can get one in though, with the rear seats down. If you're not fussed about your interior, you'd fit two or three.

A muddy cx bike in the back had me concerned.
I couldn't see how a roof rack could fit - and salesman gave a snarky smile and shake of head when I asked about one.
