Buy a couple of screw on F type connectors and a threaded joiner piece

The TV side is just coaxial but the phone and internet is a different type of cable.

The Internet comes via the coax too, the twisted pair part of the siamese cable is for telephone.

Get Virgin out to fix it if it's broken. When our neighbours put a spade through ours the Virgin engineer had to run a new cable from the cabinet (he unsuccessfully tried to repair at the break)

Why don't you explain what your actual issue is rather than vaguebooking about cut wires? You'll probably get some decent help and feedback that way.
