Is there any way of using Skype to dial in to a commercial video conferencing facility?

i've used it on a job but that was using a managed VC facility remote patched by a bloke in Texas. Not sure if the skype was dialled in directly or if it was patched through the control centre. you should be able to dial in with voice but not sure about video.
