Any idea how I turn off that silly woman who asks "What would you like to do"? My button on the front of the phone is a bit temperamental and she pops up all the time. I have tried replying "turn you off" but she doesn't like that.
I don't usually have a problem with turning women off 😯
If I go into settings, accessibility, there's a talkback "off/on" option. Although the wife has the same phone on another network and its not an option on hers. It's a pain in the arse, might be worth checking google.
Is this the voice control thing? VLingo?
You can disable it, it involves installing something that allows you to control apps better, then disabling the voice thing, then uninstalling the other thing...

Download and Install the Go Launcher App
Access The App Drawer and Press the icon of the Voice Talk App for few seconds
A small red ‘X’ icon appears next to the app icon, Click on it
You will be directed to the Uninstall Page , Press OK.
Then uninstall Go Launcher.
