The only advise I can give re Sage is don't use it!
There are easier/better offerings out there now for the majority of businesses.

That's where we are at - some functionality that we expected for months between it an Zoho CRM is apparently "impossible", and yet we are also not making use of what it can do in other- yet paying a fortune for the (dis)pleasure.
