he is correct tho - there are property solicitors on here who can give you advice

If your problem ens in violence or dishonesty i will help you out otherwise my advise will be twenty years out of date. But the bog standard answers are either:-

1)Don't buy the house,
2)Tough the best solution is to sell up and move on,
3)Agree for the law is costly.
