it's hard for me to see a physio let alone one a sport specific one.
I did a small jump, someone how I unclipped and landed on my lower abdomen (felt sick after, but did fall right onto the crown jewels)
Later in the day, as I was on the road home, someone basically took me out. I sprawled across the floor. No real damage.
4 days later - played 3 days of hockey tournament.
after - I've had black bruising on the inside of my left leg, and it feels as if my left testicle is repeatedly been kicked (this is after 3 weeks). No other discolouration or pain (apart from I can't lay on my right side, and life my left leg, and doing press ups is also uncomfortable)
I'm waiting for a physio from HK to come to Beijing, anything I can do in the mean time?
That ain't an issue for physio mate... more likely a visit to your GP is in order, what's a physio going to do for a busted nut?? 😯
That's either a very specialised physio or a GP.
This thread is useless without....oh no on second thoughts 😯
that's my problem. a gp in China (beijing) has no idea what to look for.
I'm booked into a GP/Physio in Hongkong, but it's still 3 weeks away.
**** me man... get thee to a Western run/staffed hospital then! I wouldn't be mucking around where me balls are concerned...
Just lop it off. You've got another one.
@psychie I've been.. western run or not, they are still Chinese, and have no idea about sport injuries, or any injuries come to that.
They just don't know how to deal with traumatic injuries.
