Doubt it. I did one a while back for a t-shirt and it involved following a fairly involved photoshop tutorial.

I started using Photoshop 3, and the learning curve was fairly steep, but nothing compared to Illustrator; I moved from Corel Draw, and Illustrator practically reduced me to tears.
Haven't used Photoshop in ages, not sure how I'd manage with it now.

Not great but best I could do in my coffee break...

I can send you the PSD file to tidy up if you'd like. It's 365Mb though!
