Long story but my mate's Dad has been stiffed by someone for £50k and a solution may be suing him for bankruptcy to get the money back. Where does he start? Who does he talk to? Is it worthwhile, you know... all the obvious questions. If anyone knows and is qualified to help I can put you i touch.
