[Closed] Any medics in?

Just had a doctor, tell me, in front of my 7 year old lad, that his condition (previously undiagnosed) might lead to heart failure.
I mean really! WTAF!!!!!

It's pretty crass of him. Worth making a formal complaint on the off-chance that you can spare someone else something similar.

I'm ok, i mean it was always a possibility, according to the internet, but i really didn't need him ignoring the young lad.
Dunno where formal complaints start, but also he might be the fella that operates if we proceed
