I'd rather not talk about it on here, but if anyone is really clued up on it I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on this? We're probably going to go and see a lawyer in person but given it's 8.30 on a Thursday evening we'd like a bit of knowledge just now.

Getting married later in the year, and while we've been meticulous in ensuring we're ahead of the current law we won't be able to avoid the new rule about income.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Same boat, although they have lowered it from 25K down to 18.5K....so by the time we get round to it as a Laboratory Technician/Trainee Biomed....I may just get away with it.
It still boils my piss that they can't be bothered to give us an option whereby we pay for a means tested analysis, instead it's a one size fits all policy.
Moving abroad sounds good right now though.
Thanks very much guys.
It looks like they've decided to include the applicant's income AND the sponsor, which was not in any of the pre-released information.
I hope you get it sorted bwaarp, it's difficult when the goal posts keep shifting.
