My wife has just got a new garmin forerunner 310
I installed Garmin express and connected the data via the ANT stick - no problem.
I've uploaded the data from a cx ride to Garmin Connect - no problem.
I've used Strava for a couple of years on my laptop - no problem.
In strava Dashboard and went through the options to link her accounts. When asked to authorise this I clicked OK and it loaded a new window but it's just blank. I did it again and got the same result.
Nothing seems to upload from my wifes garmin connect to her strava account, whereas from my garmin, and connect account it's fine
Anybody got any ideas why it isn't working?
I had this. It took weeks of attempting to connect. Finally it just worked. I have no idea why.
Try the classic view in Garmin Connect.
It really is crap software.
This happened to me using Firefox. Did it in Explorer and it worked
