I know the Garmin forum has a place for this but thought i'd ask here anyway.
Stopped for breakfast today and the Garmin powered itself down. Not usually an issue as you just power it back on and resume the ride - except it didn't. I've found a file but it does seem to want to do the job (online resources failing too)
Anyone here that can help with such things?

If you're planning on uploading it to Strava, have you tried? That's fixed files straight away that Garmin connect wouldn't even look at for me.
Tried both, no joy
Before I've managed to bodge about with them in notepad, I had a bad one that I managed to get working by working out what was missing by comparing it to a good one. Depends how buggered yours is though....!
Ah well, for anyone that cares, the file was 100% corrupted 🙄 thanks Garmin
