Hi,
I am upgrading my vw t5 factory fitted tape radio 2006 model to a standard vw t5 CD player from my friends 2009 vw t5.
My last radio was stolen so I don't want anything fancy.
I can't find the right adaptor, not even vw sell them
I think I need a vw ISO to quadlink male adaptor but can't find one. Any suggestions or links much appreciated.
This is my existing adaptors

You need the second one on this page, quad lock to iso adapter

Ahh right, just read the post properly, those plugs should just go straight in shouldnt they ?
easy to get an adapter to fit an ISO head unit into a T5 but the other way round is probably a bit harder to find.
You could just get some spade connectors onto the stubs on the back of the radio and buy an ISO cable extension to hack and use the bits that your T4 connectors go into onto the spade connectors.
There is a dedicated VW ice forum i was on for help with a T5 nav unit,,,,
Found it:

may be able to help... that or the T5 forum too.
