As above. The existing brick garage is fubared and needs completely knocking down and re-building from scratch. Thinking about making it into more of a bike storage/workshop/utility/kennel area than a car storage area.

Struggling to find someone who is reliable and cheap. Seem to find either one or the other at the moment. I would have a go myself, but have neither the time or the skills to do an actual proper job.

Andy Freeman from Period Brickwork in Leyland is very good, he built my extension and has done loads of work for friends. He's a mountain biker too: 07967753761.
