Need a shed, was looking to spend a 1000 at argos on a billy oh 20 x 10. And i thought, maybe i could do it a lot cheaper if i built one, anybody have plans for building a shed this size and the costs??
It's just a basic framework. I'd use 3x2 cls which will be nigh on double the thickness timber you'll get from any shed at Argos. Soul plate then wall plate and join using uprights. I'd also pilot and screw as opposed to nails. Stagger the joints of where wall and soul plates are opposed. Make 2 sides the same them another 2 and screw together. Row of nogs down the middle, perhaps 2 rows depending on height. Add roof joists, then 12mm cdx ply to roof and felt. Sides can be ship lap or t and g, others are available.
