My wife has a mark 5 vw golf, I was driving it the other day and went over a speed bump and the stereo cut out. When I stopped and had a look at it, the back light comes on but no text on the screen or sounds out the speakers. I toke it out today hoping it might be a loose wire or something might have popped out, but looking at the manual on line everything seemed in order.
Have I missed something obvious or do I need a new radio? Any advice would be much appreciated.
