Having a bit of a mare. Just put a new (bigger) SD card in my HTC Desire. Copy everything off the old card onto laptop then copied onto new card. All went swimmingly but I seem to have lost all music that has been ripped from CD's I obviously still have it on the old card so no great worries about lost data, but really annoying that it isn't playing. Any thoughts?
Settings -> Applications -> Music -> Clear Application Data.
first thing id do is find it on the new card and delete it. Copy from the old card/pc to a new folder.
If that fails then reformat the new card and pick and choose the data you need. If that fails then you may need to contact the card vendor.
I had a problem with a 16gb card. Sent it back and received a new one in a couple of days, no q's asked.
