Agree - proper, easy viewing Saturday night family entertainment. Making the extended family here from 11 to 83 all sit down and laugh together.

It’s simple entertainment way better than those reality and talent shows.

Love it, harmless fun.

You can stick 'talent' shows where the sun don't shine along with dancing on ice, strictly come dancing & all that other shite.

There's something about those 2 that's just sort of lovely, isn't there? Like, when Ant or Dec got banned from driving, Dec or Ant drove him around places. And then there was that time when one of them got blinded

And then of course there's

Surely it’s pretty impossible to actively dislike them?

The skit with Kylie at the end was pure Morecombe and Wise!

Funny enough I just watched the last 20 mins if it and I really enjoyed the Kylie thing.

ive had 3 beers, which I think is optimum for Ant and Deck viewing - I might even stop calling them ‘Cock and Balls’.

They are a modern-day Eric and Ernie. The thing is, if you set yourself up to be that, then you better be bloody good! Because the bar doesn’t get much higher than that

But they are! It’s not really fair to make direct comparisons, but they’re in that league IMHO. Acting daft, but doing it really, really cleverly.

Good thing I don’t have a family to be forced to endure ‘family entertainment’.

So far I’ve spent my Saturday evening watching nocturnal animals in South America and a More4 documentary about the Great Wall Of China.

I’m being entertained and educated, at the same time, a win, in my humble estimation. 😬

The show part has always been good, but I used to hate the quiz show aspects of it which took up too much time.  tonight's episode was actually quite watchable ( both in format and content ! )

It sure beats all the other singing guff.

It's ideal waiting room viewing, it passes the time but you're not going to care if you don't see the end.

They did a remake of the Likely Lads.  Heresy!  Burn them at the stake.

Same for the people in the Porridge rehash and the Open All Hours one.  The latter is the only blot on David Jason’s career IMHO.

I don't have anything against them but am amazed that they have got so far with so little talent . Comparing them to Morcambe and Wise is pushing it to say the least .
