does anybody know much about this? CFD-online forum is good but you need to ask specific questions. I need to ask general questions.

basically i have to asign a material which is not in the fluent data base too a problem and I seem unable to fathom out where to even start. Also not sure if i shoud set the problem to a multiphase or a mixed single phase flow as the fluid will be clay and water being pushed through an achimedes screw.

Multiphase, Froude number is too high.

to be honest i'm not convinced i need to solve it as a multiphase fluid. this is part of the problem.
