Ordered a head unit only, which arrived the other day, with the intention of using them with one of my battery packs from Smudge, currently used with his mk1 XML light.
Annoyingly the connector on the X2 is different to the one on my battery & won't fit. Any idea where I might find a suitable replacement connector for the head unit? I'm not sure what they'd be sold as 😳
Try removing the o-ring on the head unit connector and then forcing it on.

I bought Smudge mk1 headunit with battery, and unless he changed the lead for me (which I doubt), it's just a std magicshine connector. As I got a crap battery with my SSX2 unit, I've used my old MS battery from the mk1 XML, just use a bit of effort, or remove the o-ring to make it easier.
