[Closed] Another Scotland trip

This easter. Have to stop off in Perth on the way back down South, so thinking of Cairngorms or Trossachs, or maybe the Southern Uplands but they never seemed quite so attractive to me.

We'd like a pleasant town of some kind and some relatively easy MTBing. The kids liked the blue graded Minortaur at Coed y Brenin but whilst Brechfa blue was fine technically my eldest whined like hell about the long steady climbs.

Really enjoyed Aviemore last time, but maybe somewhere else. Will be taking the caravan but prefer sites with some forest, scenery, lakes etc.
