I’ve been receiving messages on my Lanny, concerning an out-patients appointment.
The automated caller then asks me to confirm this by entering my dob on the phones keypad.
I just put the phone down because:
a) the automated caller has not identified themselves as being legit.
b) the keypad on my Lanny rarely works.
Just a heads-up….
