Yes i know go to the doctors.... done that seen an Orthopaedic Consultant.
Apparently i had multiple ankle fractures, happened a year ago, it was unstable from previous injuries now its very stable and has healed (sort of) with a significant lump of calcification below the ankle bone that now sticks out further than the ankle bone.
It aches to the point of keeping me awake at night. Doctors not interested. Any suggestions.
I'd get a second opinion from another consultant tbh. (FWIW I have an ankle issue and have seen three surgeons for advice over a 10 year period and had different messages from each).
Not sure what they would be able to suggest from conservative treatments. Shockwave therapy possibly, although that is more calcification on tendons rather than lumps of bone.

Shockwave is usually used for calcification of shoulder tendons and has mixed results. It's also a specialist treatment and is not available in every NHS trust. I've been trying to get it for my hamstring calcification but it's not often used on hamstring tendons
Pay to go to see a private consultant to get a second opinion.
The NHS are set up to get you well but in and out the door as quickly, and now cheaply, as possible.
The private guys are set up to get you well by whatever means they can find, preferably expensively, and keep you there for the aftercare.
Often the same actual person giving the recommendation. THe people in the NHS are crippled by the scarcity of resources and have the options of what they can recommend severely reduced.

They used it on my ankle/achilles.
It was thoroughly uncomfortable, cost a fortune and did very little for the overall condition. That said, much of the research points to it being moderately effective.
