What's going on here then? Farrell turns down England job to be committed to Saracens, Catt steps in.
Farrell resigns from Saracens this week and.....?
FWIW although not a classic game I thought our backs supported each other much more against the Baa Baa's last week - Catts doing perhaps? If Farrell comes back will he take over and we resort to the one-up league style bash 'em and hope style of losing the match?
Either Something has changed considerably at sarries or Farrell had already committed himself to others. Hope he's not taken on by Lancaster though, I'm excited to see what Catt can do with the dependable if somewhat predictable centres, it'll speak volumes for him if he can get some fluidity in there.
Indeed. There was a fair bit of interchange last week, but the quality of the oppposition wasn't high. I still felt Barrit had a tendancy to go to ground more that our new 7(Red scrum cap?) perhaps...
Hoping he will be defensive coach...
I understand Catt is currently both attack and defense coach for England, so if Farrell comes in as defense coach something Sarries are awesome at it can't be a bad thing.

This is good. Mr Lancaster, are you listening?
