I'm using Opera but hate all the world war 3 is imminent news updates.
Appreciate I could ignore it but is there an alternative?
No I don't want an iPhone.

The what? I'm using opera on android and am blissfully unaware of these updates - where do you see them?

The Samsung browser looks good. Refresh button there on the screen and search bar at the bottom near your thumb.

Why Google can't put a refresh button on the toolbar I don't know.

Er... Because it's not really necessary?

Just drag down, so much quicker than finding a button right up top. No need for a toolbar refresh button. If you really can't use the drag down to refresh then it's only one extra click of the three dot menu to get to chrome's refresh button.

Because a quick pull down does that anyway?

This is a 'user config' issue, not an issue with opera itself... go into the settings and disable all that shite...

I have my 'home screen' as just a bunch of shortcut icons to websites I use a lot. In the opera browser home screen I mean, not my phones home screen.
