Looking at buying a Asus Eee Pad Transformer Android 3.0. A lot of reviews say the 3.0 apps are bit buggy but will sort itself out soon.
So what does that mean?
Will there be sw updates for 3.0?
Can you update 3.0 to 3.1 when it comes out?
Will the apps themselves have sw updates?

Yes you can.
I got an Eee Pad a few days ago, and first thing it did was tell me there was a firmware upgrade. Asus have said the 3.1 upgrade will be available sometime in June.

Should be pretty child proof as long as it doesn't get tossed about too much. Its got Gorilla Glass, and the case is metal, so it is reasonably sturdy. I still would be worried if i dropped it though.
