MegaSack DRAW - 6pm Christmas Eve - LIVE on our YouTube Channel
Android phone connected via USB cable to PC.
Can't locate video taken by phone via windows explorer or via YouTube uploader etc.
File extension seems to be ".gp" or maybe ".3gp"
check in DCIM folder on the SD root?
Is the USB card unmounted, so that the PCs see's it as a separate drive?

Yes.
Could it be in the internal memory (not SD card) for some reason?
How do you know what the file extension is if you can't find it?
Check the phone to see if it's giving any prompts either onscreen or in the status bar. You might need to tell it to mount the card over USB.

how do I access that?

playback via the phone shows the file name for the first couple of seconds.
Could you click the 'Share' link during playback and email it to yourself?
Have you got a file browser installed? ES File Manager and search for filname?
It's the wife in the nuddy isn't it?
- No it's ME! 😆It's the wife in the nuddy isn't it?
I'll try this but it works perfectly well with the Flickr App but not You Tube...Could you click the 'Share' link during playback and email it to yourself?
I've had this before and it was when i clicked on my Android phone from the pop up window.
If i browsed directly to it from 'computer' it was fine.

yeah this is how I do through the Windows explorer.
It finds all the video from other cameras GoPro etc that have been transferred onto my phone.
All the videos on my android phone go in the folder 100MEDIA rather than the most recent XXXMEDIA.
XXX being the most recent indexed number, rather than the porn folder
Ok then. What happens if you search the mounted drive for *.3gp in Windows Explorer?
What is the video name? If you can find the video within the phone 'gallery' then a long click on it should bring up it's name with some options beneath it. You can then search Windows Explorer for that name...?
Do you have a file manager on your phone? If not, I recommend ES file explorer, which will help in situations like this.
Also,
What app are you using to record the video?
Why are you taking video of yourself naked anyway?
When you connect it to your PC there is a little Android man on the screen on the phone. Under him it says to push the button to allow sharing...have you done that?
Edit: Just noticed you can see the pics..
