Have my pictures hosted on Picasa and can post a photo in STW no problem from my laptop. Open a image right click view image info copy and paste.
Come to my mobile Galaxy S2 and I have Picasa tool and Picasa mobile web.
So go into either and cant find the correct image/url to copy to paste into STW etc.
What am I missing how are you doing it ? not possible with mobile Picasa options?

Can't really help other than to tell you that I use PhotoBucket which works very well with my Android phone...

Press and hold to bring up C&P options, generally.
In Picasa, press and hold image to " open in new tab". Press and hold the URL of the new tab to bring up copy/paste options. Copy the selected URL and then paste into the STW image dialogue.

I use photobucket (only for pics I post to STW). On their "i" section for each picture, there's a ready written [img]blahblahblurb[img] bit that copies when you tap it. Then just paste into the text box. Saves having to use the IMG dialogue box.
Still a bit of a faff though.

First "big" bike, snow restricted speed on its maiden voyage - got a decent run on it this weekend and hit a tree at full pelt. I've got the imprint of the inside of my body armour as a bruise on my shoulder now 🙂
