One of my local pubs has had a very, very good year. Turnover beyond anyone's expectations.

This evening, I was invited to a rather nice evening. Free bar for the regulars/locals. 🙂

Looking forward to that!

Why does it matter? We all know CFH is a chatbot.

Will you be taking stationery samples with you captain? A salesman is never off duty and all that.

One of my local pubs has had a very, very good year.

It's good to hear, in the mists of all the doom and gloom concerning the state of the economy, and the dire consequences it has for so many people, a bit of excellent and cheerful news..........turnover in Flashheart's local was beyond anyone's expectations ! 😀

Every Christmas I like to remind everyone of those who are sadly less fortunate, and with that in mind I always raise a glass to "those poor buggers who live on the council estate - here's to hoping they have better luck next year".

It's just an act of simple charity, but Christmas wouldn't be complete without it. I hope you can spare a thought for austerity-shafted Britain Flashheart, and raise a glass for them at your free bar.

Do you supply them with centerfeed rolls for the washrooms as part of your stationary supply business?

I think these difficult times and dwindling customers have made quite a few previously complacent pubs get their acts together and improve. TBH there were an awful lot of crap pubs everywhere, not so many now. It's the crap ones that are going under, no properly run pub need suffer.

Also seen a fair few poncy bars have to rethink things, which can't be a bad thing.

All my fave pubs are doing well, which is great. But then, I've always had great taste; tell 'em, Kev.

Stationary supply business? Has someone's online persona been blown?

Not so, really. Many good pubs in villages are shutting as the locals simply can't afford to go out no matter how good the pub is.
