I have a fire stick and a prime account and want to watch The Force Awakes with the good Mrs Infidel this evening but I have never bought a digital copy of a movie from amazon before. Is it much the same as iTunes - ie. once bought its mine digitally to watch even if I don't keep an amazon Prime account running? Can't seem to find much from a google search.
Alternative plan was to head to Asda etc and buy a Blu Ray but can't find it in stock!
Appreciate that this is most likely a numpty question but I would appreciate any advice from your bad selves..
Ta!
Yes, you don't need a prime subscription to watch films you've purchased. You can also rent films without a sub.
I asked the same question on here last year before buying a film ??
it was on Netflix last week - can you get a month's trial?
.... heads to netflix...
Edit - ok looked. Is there much good content on there?

I use Netflix much more than Amazon video.
