The good lady has ordered some stuff from Amazon which duly turned up today (prime member) and it was a box containing absolutely nothing but empty space. It felt wrong when the driver gave it to me so i asked him if anything was in it (it wasnt an enclosed box so you could sort of see inside). He shrugged so i opened it up in front of him to reveal nothing, he then took the box off me and made a call and then just went off in his van. That was 2 hours ago and i am still holding my breath waiting for the next instalment of this normally bland exchange which now has a twist in the plot. Who would like to hazard a guess of when the items will arrive? Prime so should technically be today but the spanner is now in the works and my breath is now baited

Did the driver fart in the box before he/she gave it you?

In which case, it wasn't *nothing*.

My last prime order took 9 months. I no longer use Amazon.

You probably ordered sub-prime by mistake.

It's unlikely. Amazon just do a half arsed job of packaging things so it's probably fallen out somewhere along the way.

My ex worked at the fulfilment centre for a year. The amount of crime that goes on is insane. So so easy to steal. A lad can package 20 packages of high value items like phones and send empty boxes and keep the phones. Just don't turn up the next day and they've made a lot of money.
