Was lucky to meet him when he drove for Lotus, a week later I was back at Silverstone when he came up and said hello, even remembered my name. One of my personal heroes. Great sportsman and top bloke.
He's truly amazing - I wouldn't be able to smile that broadly or continue with my life so admirably if that had happened to me.
Amazing, isn't he. There are very few people who I'd consider are genuine sporting heroes, but he's on my list for sure.
