Ok, two weeks in. I'm 'crashing' from the lack of sugar. FFS.

Any other side effects I should be looking out for? 😐

Losing weight and saving money are the things I usually suffer from when off the booze.

What an utterly bizarre comment to make.

not waking up in a pool of your own vomit, a bottle of poppers up each nostral with a random bloke, and no memory of the night before other than a vague suggestion of trying 'tromboning'?

I tried it once and it was utterly lacking in any effects - no weight loss, money was spent on expensive soft drinks instead. Perhaps I saved a bit in taxis, that's all.

I 'quit' booze before (10yrs ago) and suffered constipation and indigestion. However back then I used to get absolutely off my face and have vague memories of waving my willy at people in nightclub queues and calling people big poofs (who tended to be big blokes who looked like they would really really hurt you) 😕

Yes, you'll run out of anecdotes. To paraphrase Jim Jefferies, non-drinkers stories all end the same way; ".....and then I got home."

Well that answered it then, he's suffering from Hypoglycaemia because he waves his willy at blokes. 😯

Hora. You are William Hague and I claim my prize

You're a Yorkshire git! You've no hair. You're clearly gay and hiding behind a sham marriage. And you grossly over-exaggerate your capacity for drink when you were a young'un 😛

Yep, lack of personality can also occur when off the booze, it's more of a problem for some people than others.

On antibiotics for 7 days from now for an infection after root canal first round. Going to Bestival tomorrow so gonna be a sober afair for me. Have other options as it were but inclined to steer clear from what i've read this afternoon...bit of a lame show but it'll be cheaper by miles and i won't feel disabled on monday. Although half my face is swollen so look quite odd 😀
