I'm not sure if this is a wise bi?
Any experience of this manufacturer or similar spec, also considering cost?

I'd steer clear if I were you. I had the SL version and the toggles kept falling off. Not waterproof either. £28 postage is way over the top too for something so light and small. HTH.
