I went through a tough time in Jan and Feb this year... I thought I was coping ok and then a few weeks ago, I was on my way to llandegla and XFM played a live version of someone like you, and it just destroyed me. It kind of hit all the marks as to what I was going through.

Who'd have thought this time last year that you'd be able to spell out L-I-F-E-G-O-E-S-O-N so bloody easily. And radio has ruined The Vaccines "If you wanna come back" which was a catchy indie singalong song. It's as annoying as that stupid umbrella song now.

I enjoy music rather a lot, in fact it's been my job for nearly twenty years one way or another, and I love both Adele and David Gray.
I also like a wide range of artist from very diverse musical genres.
People who say 'People who don't enjoy music buy...' are people whose opinion is worth **** all.
This is the only song of hers (well based on) that I can listen to. Quite like her voice in this too, goes well I reckon.

Not a fan myself, but that could be down to the local radio station I have to listen to at work playing it so often in a day (7 times in one 9 hour shift last week).

Adele's ok ish, but I agree with a person "off of" the radio or television a couple of years ago who said that the other 'white girl wiht a black voice' Duffy's voice sounded like one of those curly party blower things.

I don't like her music much either. The problem I think is she is very mediocre. This does however mean most people can either relate to her, her music or match her voice and sing along. I certainly wouldn't compare her to Beethoven, Bobdylan (a part from the Dylan cover) or Fanklin. More Lilly Allen or Oasis to me.

I don't understand why Adele is so popular, but then I rarely understand why anything that's really popular is so. That's probably because I'm a horrific snob, if more than five other people start liking something I like, I go right off it straight away, it's uncanny.
