Theres a small garage block near me going for auction. Guided at 30k but I suspect it'll go for a bit more. The auction site is a bit vague but I'll find out more from them later. In the meantime I want to do a few rough sums. What other costs. Probably buyers premium and admin fee at the auction. Then what? What other fees, solicitor fees? It'll be cash, no surveys etc but I would like to know I actually own it at the end.
