Looking for advice for hostel (cheap) accommodation in / around Oxenholme. Four blokes heading off at the end of July for a family free weekend of <dare I say it> road biking..

The Station inn is decent, but may be a bit over budget.
There's a YHA in the centre of Kendal which is only a couple of miles from Oxenhome.

Station Inn is the nearest though not cheap. Food is good and a good choice of beers!
Otherwise you are best looking for somewhere in Kendal

Thanks folks - YHA appears booked out on the weekend (online at least). I'll gie them a phone and see if there's actually space...
