Giving this station at tentative thumbs up.
So far no DJs, ads are rare and in amongst the usual 4 tops this morning we've had voodoo Chile , I wanna be your dog and a bit of zep as well.
Noisy enough to keep me happy , mainstream enough to listen to in the shop.

we try it in our office every now and then, we spotted it becoming radio Beatles - I think they average at least one Beatles record every hour - and now I've mentioned it you'll notice it more. 😉

I admit that Beatles records are a big part of 60's music, but there's lots of other stuff too!

3 Days in , might be sick to death of it in a week. They are keeping it varied and not too obvious.

I usually have Absolute 90's on at home when doing paperwork etc. Some dross comes on, but I'd say 75%+ is decent- most of the Absolute Channels are available through Sky for anyone that didn't know.

I lasted 10 days. No matter what song it is I don't want to hear it all the time. Bloody mammas and Pappas. Now on Smooth 70s, 2 Days in. Report later.
