I've been in my current job for two years on the 24th. So on the 24th my annual leave year starts again, i get 25 days. If i resign on the 25th of this month will they owe me 25 days leave ?

At my place anyway they work it out based on how many days you've worked is 2.2 days a month or somethin
You have to accrue your holiday leave.

my cyclescheme still has about 600 left to pay... Makes leaving not so simple.
This ? How much notice are you on, they have to include your holiday entitlement for that. eg. 3 months notice, you're entitled to 3/12 of your holiday in those 3 months.
Or, insinuate you're going to a competitor and are a confidentiality risk, and get put on gardening leave in lieu of notice instead.
Are you in a position where going to someone else/competitor will cause grief? If so gardening leave?
