Tremendous! ย I love how understated it all is. From the days when quiet competence was seen as something to aspire to. ย  Itโ€™s also interesting how low the academic level of some of the students was on leaving school, where as these days if you donโ€™t have a string of 9s/A*s you are clearly unfit for anything.

Brilliant.

That is me binging tonight....

(mrs_oab's uncle Ray was one of the Tornado test pilots, having flown Phantom and I think Buccaneer beforehand. Proper Wing Commander stuff - accent, cravat, stiff upper lip attitude and self-depreciating at same time. Ended up running a B&B in the Lakes when he retired)
