Its a great feeling. My two are quite a bit older but we still get up to stuff together on a regular basis.
After all the years and races I still feel a bit sick on race days and until the finish.
Remember to tell him to enjoy it and its all about having fun.

@Tracey it does make me feel uneasy I have to be honest, I'm there as a support rider for him as hes only 14 but it really is a great way to spend a weekend. Hes got masses and masses of skill and bike handling ability but is still scared of flat out speed which is where races are obviously won and lost. Still enjoying it for what it is, strap on the race plate and go have some fun with like minded people which is great.
Me too tomorrow! I've been sorting go pro mounts for him
