I suppose you need to define 'personally involved' - actually be one of those 300 people? Related to one of them? A close friend? On their christmas card list? Someone you'd recognise? Share the first few digits of your postcode?
For the purpose of the question, let's say actually being one of the people or immediate family memeber.
